If you are looking for a gentle practice mixed in between Yang and Yin practice, that doesn't involve a crazy amount of flexibility, my class is for you.

Certified in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness practices.

I have been teaching in a number of  Yoga Studio in Hong Kong (YogaUP, Yoga Lane, Pranava) as well as aboard the Genting Dream Cruise Ship, Wellness festivals, international schools, Online since early 2018. I am now sharing my classes in Seoul.

During "yang" yoga practice such as Vinyasa, we focus on the muscles as well as on the union of the breath and the movement. My goal is to make sure your awareness always focus on what feels good for you and your body.

During yin yoga classes we target the deep connective tissues call the fascia. While holding poses for longer, Yin practice allows to turn inward and tune into both the mind and the physical sensations of the body.

Mindfullness practices and connection (8 weeks program)

I offer an 8 weeks program to connect with your inner-self, release stress, build confidence, allow yourself to slow down and empower you to work toward positive change. 

I lead participants through different practice in a safe and supportive environment.  Connecting in small groups helps you relate to other and gives you permission to express yourself as you are.


Minimum 4 participants - Maximum 6 participants

Prices for Yoga:

Group Class:  price per person for 60 minutes classes

20 000 won -- 60 min

15 euros - 60 min

Private Class: (up to 2 people)

80 000 won - 60 to 75 min

60 euros - 60 à 75 min

Prices for Mindfulness practices and connection: (8 weeks program with commitment)

240 000 for 8 sessions (30 000 per session) - 75 to 90 min

175 euros (22 euros per session)
