I have been teaching in a number of Yoga Studio in Hong Kong (YogaUP, Yoga Lane, Pranava) as well as aboard the Genting Dream Cruise Ship, Wellness festivals and Online since early 2018.
During "yang" yoga practice such as Vinyasa, we focus on the muscles as well as on the union of the breath and the movement. Vinyasa classes can be a mix between gentle/ powerful and slow/fast pace. My goal is to make sure your awareness always focus on what feels good for you and your body.
During yin yoga classes we target the deep connective tissues call the fascia. While holding poses for longer, Yin practice allows to turn inward and tune into both the mind and the physical sensations of the body.
If you are looking for a gentle practice mixed in between Yang and Yin practice, that doesn't involve a crazy amount of flexibility, my class is for you.
By practicing yoga on and off the mat, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing energy to flow freely. The secret is in the practice.
