EFT is a mind-body modality that is safe, gentle, and non-invasive. It combines the physical benefits of acupressure with the cognitive and linguistic benefits of conventional talk therapy, promoting somatic awareness while enabling positive cognitive shifts.
It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’.

What to expect:
