Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT combines acupressure points to modify the body’s stress response with the cognitive and linguistic benefits of conventional talk therapy.
It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’.
One can use EFT tapping for anxiety, fear of public speaking, stress, trauma, insomnia, physical pain, self-esteem and confidence, taking decisions.
EFT helps to move beyond negative, self-limiting thoughts and beliefs toward positive change
What to expect:
- gently tap with your fingers on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine.
- Repeat of targeted affirmations using the words, supplied by the client.
